Richard was an absolute pleasure to meet this morning, he was so helpful
and delightful to talk to while he worked away fixing the rubber ring on the door of the
Bosch washing machine, he had the spare part in stock and
was with me early morning the next day and not only that, it was all 
at a very reasonable and competative price.
