I just wanted to contact you and say what excellent service my parents have received from your company this week.

 They recently moved into a bungalow in Kesgrave and seemingly just about everything electrical has broken down, culminating with the Neff Oven. Having a Neff oven myself I am well aware of their call out charges and labour costs (luckily ours was in warranty but the costs they quoted if it had not been covered were frightening!)

We found your web site using Google and they contacted you for a quote.

The engineer came and identified the fault as an element that needed to be ordered and managed to fix the oven to a point that enabled them to use it until the part was received.

Not only did he then call them Saturday morning as he was in the area (unfortunately they weren’t!) but he was with them first thing this morning (Monday) the fix was carried out for £113 inclusive of parts, labour and callout and the engineer (Paul) was helpful and friendly – even though he was suffering some pain as the result of a previous road traffic accident.

Great service at an exceptionally reasonable price.. and I would not hesitate in recommending you to anyone.
