My Dishwasher Is Not Cleaning Dishes Properly?

Things to check before you call us out, to save you money!

1. Check Spray arms are not clogged, should be 2 spray arms or wands. The Sprays arms spray water at high pressure over dishes!
2. Check the filters in base of machine, if dirty your dishwasher will recirculate dirty water and debris.
3. Use powder not liquid, try adding more detergent! ( don't buy bulk as they start to lose effectiveness after 2 weeks)
4. Use a dishwasher cleaner in cutlery basket, altertnative try some white vineger (turn on for 10 mins, then off, let soak for 10 mins then let it complete cycle)
5. Check the machine is heating up, if not heating up, it will not disolve detergent!
